Our Fully equipped kitchen comes with an inbuilt kitchen cabinet, Dishwasher, efficient freestanding fridge, electrical cooker, microwave oven. Villa comes with the laundry room which has the fully automatic washing machine and dryer.

Guest must provide a valid ID or passport color copy at least before 48hours prior to arrival to take permission from authority
Guest must provide arrival time in advance
Security deposit: AED 4,000 will be collected upon check-in and returned upon check out
Any damages incurred during the stay will be deducted from the security deposit
Dubai Tourism Dirham Fee: AED 15 per bedroom per night will be collected upon check-in
Quiet Hours : 10PM – 8AM
No Parties/events are allowed
Free of charge room cleaning is applicable on the 4th day and everyday room cleaning is available on charges basis
No pets allowed
