Other fully furnished bedrooms are ensuite with bathroom and shower, the bunker beds for children’s and Nani’s to compliment the wishes of the whole family.

Our Fully equipped kitchen comes with an inbuilt kitchen cabinet, Dishwasher, efficient freestanding fridge, electrical cooker, microwave oven. Villa comes with the laundry room which has the fully automatic washing machine and dryer. The spacious dinning area with a hand-carved dining table which can sit 10 people are seamlessly blended and perfectly balanced for your comfort dining experience.

Contemporary furniture sits side by side in all our bedrooms with a 49-inch SMART TV. Our spacious living room is furnished with a luxury royal leather sofa and to entertain you we have nailed the latest technology 75 inches Smart LED TV. The entire villa is fully powered by Free Wi-fi that can be accessed anytime and from any of the rooms.

Guest must provide a valid ID or passport color copy at least before 48hours prior to arrival to take permission from authority
Guest must provide arrival time in advance
Security deposit: AED 4,000 will be collected upon check-in and returned upon check out
Any damages incurred during the stay will be deducted from the security deposit
Dubai Tourism Dirham Fee: AED 15 per bedroom per night will be collected upon check-in
Quiet Hours : 10PM – 8AM
No Parties/events are allowed
Free of charge room cleaning is applicable on the 4th day and everyday room cleaning is available on charges basis
